Strand Blobs
Chunked blobs over metadata/data Strands, with indexed reads, logical deletion and quarantine planning.
BlobStore uses a metadata Strand and a data Strand. put consumes an async reader, hashes content and returns a BlobId; get returns an optional BlobReader. Reopening runs repair_reindex. GC currently appends quarantine markers rather than reclaiming data-file bytes. Network distribution requires the separate replication integration.
