Workflow and current contract

AdapterRegistry registers Arc<dyn MethodAdapter> values and retrieves them by name. DhtMethodAdapter::new(handle, config) wraps a live handle; MarsAdapter::new(dht_adapter, optional_mars_config) composes the adapter.

The DHT adapter is moved into the MARS constructor. Do not assume it implements Clone; construct a second adapter around a cloned handle when separate registry entries are required. Adapter registration is local configuration, not proof that a MARS authority endpoint is deployed or reachable.
