Signed event envelopes, spaces, local query streams and an explicitly driven Swarm transport service.
WOVEN supplies signed event envelopes and filters over Strand-backed records. A space selects a topic/namespace; it is not an access-control boundary. Event signature verification proves possession of the included key, not independently the authority of its author string. Transport and replication must be wired by the caller.
