Purpose and workflow
Loom is a pre-1.0 Git-shaped version-control CLI over Weave. Its real operator dispatch covers repository and working-tree commands. The separate hivelocity-private-p2p-proof feature is a lab proof gate; docs publication does not qualify a runner or certify signed multi-writer deployment.
