Workflow and current contract

Bridge::new() returns a (Bridge, BridgeReverse) pair. This adapts byte flow between the two sides; it does not establish peer identity, complete the Noise handshake, or grant application authority.

Connect the bridge to the appropriate stream/session layer for the selected Cargo profile. Keep both ends alive for the intended operation and handle closure or I/O errors. Raw compatibility examples must explicitly select legacy-api; default protocol1-alpha integrations go through the authenticated session/runtime path.
