Workflow and current contract

SecretTunables::validate normalizes stream settings. Metrics expose a snapshot and Prometheus text. Session policy additionally requires handshake/stream deadlines, flow-control window, priority, cancellation, resource limits, and a resource governor.

Use SessionPolicy and resource snapshots to reason about the current session. A metrics snapshot is not a security certification. The selected profile determines which constructors are public, so consult the feature attributes in the source reference before copying a low-level stream example.
